At CAVYPOP, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of pet bedding and accessories, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our small animal customers.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Hygiene Standards: Items must be un-washed, un-used, and free of pet hair, hay, or odors. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have come into contact with animals.

• Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Protective Shipping: Please use a separate shipping box to send back all components (liners, hidey houses, etc.) to prevent damage during transit, just as it was shipped to you.

2. Return Window

• Notification: You must contact us at help@cavypop.pet within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• Shipment: Once approved, the items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, size preference, or “bought by mistake,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, CAVYPOP will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.

• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
