Orders & Shipping

Just enter your tracking number on the page to see the real-time status of your delivery. Please allow 24–72 hours for the initial tracking information to appear.
We aim for a balance of speed and care:
Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Time needed to prepare your items).
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days for items in local fulfillment centers.
International & Custom Products: 7–14 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

We offer two simple ways to skip the shipping fee:
Product-Specific: Any product labeled with a “Free Shipping” tag.
Order Total: Spend $50 USD or more on any items and get Free Shipping worldwide, automatically applied at checkout.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $15 USD will apply.

Yes, they are machine washable! To keep them in top shape, we recommend:
Preparation: Shake off any hay or debris before washing.
Settings: Use a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
Detergent: Use a mild, pet-safe detergent. Avoid bleach or strong fabric softeners.
Drying: Air dry is best to maintain the shape of felt tunnels. If using a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
Absolutely. At CAVYPOP, your pet’s safety is our #1 priority. Our materials are 100% non-toxic, pet-safe, and designed to be durable against scratching. We carefully select fabrics that are gentle on sensitive paws while being tough enough for daily popcorning and zoomies.
Our products are specifically tailored for Guinea Pigs and are designed to fit almost all adult cavies comfortably.
For Guinea Pigs: Our standard sizes are perfect for them.
For Other Small Animals: If you have rabbits, chinchillas, or hedgehogs, please refer to the “Size Guide” or dimensions listed on each specific product page to ensure a good fit.
Every CAVYPOP item is a piece of art. Many of our products are handcrafted, which means each one is unique. While we maintain strict quality standards, you may notice very slight variations in stitching or shape. This is the hallmark of a handmade product—no two are exactly alike, making yours truly special.
If you need to swap an item
Returns & Refunds
For the health and safety of all our small animal customers, we only accept returns for items that are un-washed, un-used, and free of pet hair, hay, or odors.
Notice: You must contact us at help@cavypop.pet within 14 days of delivery.
Shipback: Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. CAVYPOP will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, size preference, or accidental order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
CAVYPOP Responsibility: If the return is due to a quality defect or our error (wrong item sent), we will cover all return shipping costs.
